A busy day in the S%E3o+paulo. I saw the Pajero get stuck in the traffic direct at the city square. Driving down the hill, a row of three Mitsubishi Pajero models came driving upwards. One could wonder why they have chosen this day with thousands of people waiting for the start of the race two days later.

Instead of pooling the third-generation, Mitsubishi has twinned its price-sensitive entry-level model with a rivals. Would it not have been wiser to devise a common components set for the oldest Lancer?
Of course, but now it's too late for last-minute revisions. In the third quarter of 2011, next model will roll off the line, followed by another version. And there might be more Ones to follow - Mitsubishi is currently evaluating no fewer than five two-door alternatives.
